职位描述：
1.Job Summary/Position Purpose

Fulfill the quality assurance task according to the required drawings and documents./根据要求的图纸和文件履行质量保证工作。


2. Major Responsibilities

1. Communicate, record and implement customer specific requirements in channel and verify the adherence to Control Plans & Procedures to ensure the process control./通过各项沟通、记录并执行客户的具体要求，证实符合性以控制计划&流程而确保过程控制。

2. Monitor & report quality parameters for the channels e.g. Customer Complaints, Process Capability indices etc./监视并报告各项质量参数，例如：客户抱怨、过程能力参数等。

3. Perform Process & Product Audits in channel and follow up of Non-Conformances & implementation of resulting corrective / preventive actions in the channel./履行各项过程&产品审查，跟踪不合格品和各项纠正预防措施的执行。

4. Monitoring of Initial Sample preparation for customers, internal homologation etc. in the channel./为客户，内部确认等监视初始样件的准备。

5. Coordinate the installation, commissioning, calibration & verification of setting for quality equipment & maintain calibration records./为质量设备安装协调安装，试运行、校准和验证，并维护校验记录。

6. Initiate requests for Temporary Quality Specification & Change Request./发起临时质量标准要求和更改要求。

7. Measurement room management and measurement technician coordination for lab./测量室管理和实验室测量技术员协调。

8. Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering zero defect products to customer./通过向客户发出零缺陷产品，提高客户满意度。

9. Quality check and records for all key procedures on site in Coating workshop./负责喷涂车间现场所有关键流程的质量检验和记录。

10. Assist the quality engineer to achieve the ISO internal/external audits and customer related audits./协助质量工程师完成ISO内外部审核和客户相关审核。

11. Other tasks assigned by the company./公司安排的其他工作。


3. Education, Qualifications and Skills

1. Education technical secondary school or above, major in mechanical engineering./中专及以上学历，机械类专业毕业。

2. Complete ability to read fabrication and assembly drawings./具备制造和装配的识图能力。

3. Complete ability to use inside and outside micrometer calibers in the measuring range up to 2,000mm and with a measuring accuracy of 1/100mm.具备使用内径和外径千分尺测量2000毫米范围，测量精度达1/100毫米的能力。

4. Complete ability to use inspection and measuring equipment for assessing surfaces, hardness, roughness, metallic and non-metallic layers and geometries.具备使用检验和测量仪器评估表面，硬度，粗糙度，金属和非金属涂层和尺寸的能力。

5. Good knowledge to perform qualified materials non-destructive testing. Complete ability for PT.具备实行合格材料非破坏性实验的知识，具备PT检验的能力。

6. Good command of welding, welding technology and welding analysis.具有良好的焊接，焊接技术和焊接分析知识。

7. Quick grasp and have ability to communicate and cooperate with the various specialist departments.迅速理解并具备和各专业部门沟通和协调的能力。
