职位描述：
Responsibilities:
The key works for this position will be to,
1. Participate the project execution from design, construction to handover.
2. Work with subject engineers and commercial manager to define the project tendering packages work scopes and bill of works.
3. Create design briefs and package work scopes in respect to civil issues.
4. Manage the design process of architectural/structural disciplines and solve all open issues related to civil design to ensure the design process finished timely.
5. Review the design drawings in the points of meeting client function requirements, design codes, constructability and design economics.
6. Work out technical specifications covering material selection, sampling verification, construction/installation and acceptance requirements.
7. Daily inspection on civil construction quality. Manage the site stage hand-over to enable the timely earlier access of machinery installation.
8. Manage client training programme and handover procedures to achieve the timely and successful project completion.
Requirements:
1. 10-15 years relevant Industry / Fiber Field experience
2. Civil / structural bachelor degree
3. Competent knowledge on steel structure building, industrial floor construction, in-depth knowledge on building leakage prevention, damp proof, etc.
4. Design experience of civil / structural specialty is preferred
5. Experience in international engineering company is preferred.
6. Requested for the candidate with fluent English (written and oral) will be a plus
7. Good at CAD skills to troubleshoot and work independently as well as within a team 举报 分享
