1. Brief Description
This position is to take ownership role to ensure the payroll operation for Liner and GC FTE / Contractor and Temp in North PRC area in an effective and efficient way.
2. Key Result Areas
- To handle monthly payroll delivery and tax declaration
- To assist in expatriate administration related issues.
3. Key Accountabilities/Duties
- Manage payroll delivery and IIT declaration for Liner and GC FTE / Contractor and Temp in various locations on timely basis in compliance with local government rules and regulations
- Understand the most updated government regulation on social security and make sure the compliance of local operations
- Review and adjust MB contribution and rate in all locations annually and monitor the payment in different locations
- Liaison with FESCO and other local labour agents for delivery of supplementary benefits like medical insurance, annual health check-up and etc.
- Prepare relative documentation for personal files and system update on payroll related in a good order and update time to time
- Liaison with vendors to assist in expatriate administration related issues.
- Participate C&B projects as required
- Other ad hoc tasks assigned by superior
4. Incumbent specification
- Bachelor degree
- At least 2- year working experience in C&B area with experience in handling expatriate administration and have cross location operational experience
- C&B knowledge as well as government regulations;
- Good communication in both English and Chinese;
- Familiar with MS Office tools especially in Excel.
- Detail attention, time management, good analysis and planning, high sense of confidentiality, vendor negotiation and management
