职位描述
职责 Responsibilities
1.Develop and improve the test system to ensure the new product introduction on time and the maximum test coverage.
2.Maintain the test system to ensure the normal production of company.
3.Handle the testing problem found during production to ensure the normal production.
4.Monitor FPY in PD, analyze the gap with target, and initiate the related corrective and preventive action.
5.Analyze the claim from customer, investigate the root cause and initiate the related corrective and preventive action.
6.Provide technical support to field.
要求 Requirements
1.Mechanical/electrical engineering degree BA or MA.
2.Good command of spoken and written English.
3.Team player with strong analytical skills, problem solving abilities and execution orientation.
4.Tools: Excel, Mathcad, CAD (technical sketches).
