职位描述：
1. 安全第一。反复确定在安全的环境下工作。开展工作之前使用挂牌上锁程序和2分钟风险评估思考。反复确认检修设备时设备不会启动。安全是首要思考的。
Safety is priority 1. Always reassure that you can work in a safe way. Use the LOTO procedure and 2 minutes risk assessments each time you start to work on equipment. Reassure no one can or will switch on equipment when you are working on it!!! Your safety is your first concern.
2. 每班日常设备巡检，发现设备运行异常或需要在计划性停机维修的状况要向设备负责人汇报。
Daily check all equipment functioning. Report to the maintenance leader when the machine is not functioning smoothly or correct and needs repairing immediately or during planned maintenance.
3. 解决设备停机的问题。调整设备到原有状态或通过改进设计来避免今后的停机。参考设备图纸解决停机问题，确保维修方法是正确的。与生产部门一起填写相关文件确认停机时间。
Solve all breakdowns on all equipment. Repair to original status or improve the design to avoid future breakdowns. Use the equipment drawings to solve breakdowns and to ensure it`s solved in the correct way. Fill in the necessary documents with production and determine the correct downtimes
4. 没有停机的时候做预防性维修和计划性维修工作。跟班维修团队与预防性维修团队一起团队合作。
Do preventive maintenance tasks and planned maintenance on all equipment when there are no breakdowns. Work as 1 team.
5. 设备部门的5S工作：工作后现场的清洁，设备车间、办公室、工具箱的整理和清洁。将丢失或者损坏的工具明细汇报给部门经理
5S in the maintenance department: clean up after each work, clean up and organize the maintenance workshop, office and tools container. Report missing or broken tools to the maintenance manager.
6. 设备的5S工作：完成维修工作后清理工作现场。确保工作中产生的任何污渍都清洁掉。避免工作中对设备的损坏。
5S at the equipment: always clean up after you are finished working. Make sure you also clean the equipment and any stains you made on it. Always protect equipment from being damaged during works.
7. 液压组件的5S工作：定期清洁并关闭液压组件的漏油点。确保液压缸整洁无油。
5S on hydraulic units. Regularly clean and close oil leakage on all hydraulic groups. Make sure the hydraulic tank is clean and free from oil.
8. 配合其他部门的工作，有效的支持生产
Work with other departments to support our production, quality and on time delivery
9. 给予提升设备改善的建议。使用设备图纸和PLC确保做的都是正确的。与同事和部门经理协商确认后再实施。
Make proposals to improve our equipment and the equipment functioning. Use the equipment drawings and PLC to make sure the proposals are correct. Discuss the proposals with colleagues and maintenance manager and implement after managers approval.
10. 观察、学习、分析和了解设备的功能，一定要使用图纸。
Observe, study, analyze and understand how the equipment functions, use also drawings to do so.
11. 大部分电气维修员要使用PLC来解决问题，要精通所有的电气和液压设备。也要对设备的机械部分有基本的知识和了解。
大部分机械维修员必须可以解决设备的机械和液压问题，要精通机械图、挤压工具、焊接和整形等。也要对设备的电气部分有基本的知识和了解。
More electrical orientated trouble shooter needs to able to solve problems using the PLC and has to have good knowledge of all electrical and hydraulic equipment. He also needs to have basic knowledge and understanding of all mechanical equipment.
More mechanical orientated trouble shooter must be able to solve all mechanical and hydraulic problems at all equipment and has to have good knowledge of mechanic drawings, press tooling, welding, alignments,… . He also needs to have basic knowledge and understanding of the electrical equipment
12. 完成上级经理临时交付的工作任务，并尽力做到最好。
Execute other reasonable maintenance tasks assigned by the manager to your best possible performance. 举报 分享
