HSBC Operations, Services and Technology is a pivotal part of the Group, providing essential operational and technical support to our global businesses and helping improve customer service and efficiency. HOST combines global expertise and technology to help keep us ahead of the competition.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

To provide high quality document checking for FCY outward payments within the specified SLA’s according to local regulatory requirement; and to ensure smooth running of FCY document checking daily operations.

To comply with the requirement of group policies and standards, procedures and local regulations with prudent manner and high level risk control sense.

To ensure the accurate, efficient and high quality services delivered to business partners and customers.

To complete other responsibilities dependent on process assigned to.

Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

Diploma degree or above

3+ years experience in FCY payment

Strong and above performance rating in last 2 years(for internal candidate only)

Good written and spoken English

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Attention to details

Ability to understand and interpret numeric data, good Excel skill is a plus
