Position: HR Support Service Specialist
Reporting to: Directly to HR Support Service Manager, AP
Dotline to HR Manager, CIEM

Position Overview:
· Provide HR transactional and interactional support services for employee life-cycle processes with high quality and efficiency, based on agreed KPI.
· Follow HR standard processes/systems for service delivery and support the continuous improvement.
· Responsible for employee data integrity/confidentiality, and ensure customer satisfaction improvement.
· Act as SME support for customer questions and problem solving.
· Support internal/external audit process to ensure the compliance.
· Based on the alignment and agreement with Sector/COE, provide support on site specific work arrangements (if applicable).
Responsibilities:
l Provide HR transactional and interactional support services key activities, including Talent Acquisition Back Office Support, On-boarding, Transition Out, Career Events, Leave Events.
l Follow standard policies, processes, systems and programs for high quality service delivery in line with agreed KPI.
l Identify and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement and partner with appropriate parties to test and implement new improvements.
l Ensure employee data integrity and confidentiality.
l Act as SME for customer support, partner with other HR services teams (e.g. payroll team, HRMS data team) to resolve customer problems and inquires.
l Work closely and manage well the vendors (e.g. FESCO) to ensure their service quality, issue resolution and change implementation.
l Provide back-up support to other HR support services team members as needed.
l Support internal/external audit process to ensure the compliance.
l Provide training to the end users as necessary.
l Support annual customer satisfaction survey and work on the action plan for improvement.
l Based on the alignment and agreement with Sector/COE, provide support on site specific working arrangements (if applicable).
Requirement
· Percentage of Travel: 0
· Min. Yrs. Experience: 3-5 years
· Education Standard: Bachelor's Degree
· Education Type: HR, Finance and Accounting Major Preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Customer service mind-set, high confidentiality requirement, operational excellence and change management capability.
· Familiar with China Labor Law, social security regulations and policies and standard HR processes.
· Effective communication skill, both verbal and writing, able to communicate in a professional, positive, courteous manner and all times with all levels of customers.
· Excellent computer skills especially in word, excel.
· Mature, independent, team work, with strong self-motivation, working under pressure, and good interpersonal skills.
· Responsible and conscientious for the job.
· Pay attention to details and accountability.
