4.1 At least 1 year of experience in Windows system administration and end user service
environment preferably in Lotus Notes

4.2 Familiar with both hardware and software installation

4. Reporting
汇报

5.1 The IT administrator will work in the IT department and report to Senior IT Administrator
from RHQ.

Duties and Responsibilities
工作职责：

6.1 Maintenance of OS - Windows 2000, Windows 2003, Windows XP and Windows Vista
对办公系统的维护，包括Windows 2000，Windows2003，WindowsXP and Windows Vista
Windows 7，Windows Server 2008R2.
6.2 Administrate and maintain all servers
管理并维护服务器

6.3 Support and maintain day to day backup server
支持并维护日常备份和恢复服务器

6.4 Troubleshoot personal computer and provide assistance to PC users
解决电脑故障并提供实时支持

6.5 Project manage on IT projects for corporate network
为集团系统工程提供支持

6.6 Supervise and train IT support staff
监督并培训相关IT支持人员

6.7 Purchase IT equipment/tools required
采购IT所需设备及工具

6.8 Assist in implementing MIS policies
协助实施MIS规定
