Job Description:

1. Participate effectively as a team member, work effectively in the world group.
2. Create and update routing and components allocation for assembly line by request.
3. Create and update SWS, SWES, PFMEA, SFEMA and POU for assembly line and support mechanical and electrical assembly process online.
4. Analyze the ECN, DTO & PVR and fill the engineering information and do sample validation online test.
5. Analyze and verify the BOM/Configuration change cause by ECN/PVR/DTO/DEV
6. Check the sale orders to ensure the material requirement are correct
7. Check the production order to ensure the components are correct
8. Check the material shortage list to analyze the E10/E11 parts
9. Timely discover BoM issue and take effective action to solve
10. Calculate the OEE for 400s, 100s, middle range assembly line
11. Help to identify the buy level parts for NPI project, complete and update the PFMA timely during NPI period
12. Set new assembly line layout following Lean strategy.
13. Analyze and purchase the relevant equipment and tooling during NPI period to support the Pilot & PET. Define the buy level parts during the NPI period
14. Continuously improvement and chase waste to improve the line efficiency and velocity.
15. Analyze the manpower capacity, install capacity and production headcount refer to MPS.

Required Qualifications:

* University in a Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering-related degree;
* Thorough knowledge of manufacturing concepts; and
* Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.

* Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment; and
* Ability to work with a diverse group of employees and customers.

QE Job Duties:
· 根据PFMEA制定控制计划，根据控制计划制定相关质量实施及检测方案，并根据ECN/客户质量投诉等信息进行更新
· 整理每天的质量问题信息，及时填写MDR并总结报告给相关部门
· 对装配质量问题跟踪，推动责任部门解决问题并对解决效果进行评估
· 每天参加生产线的BIQ会议，并配合chairman进行owner的识别和指定
· 支持NPI，负责记录PET/Pilot build阶段的QIR
· 接收ECN通知，分析变更内容，参与ECN讨论会议共同对工程变更的风险作出评估和结论
· 联合PQA组长制定并更新QG和PDI的SWS和SWES
· 联合相关部门人员(包括产品，工艺，生产)讨论制定IPV/QG/PDI的检查表，根据内外部反馈的质量问题定期对动态检验项目更新
· 每天将质量问题及不良照片在质量挂板上更新，必要时对严重质量问题发放质量警报
· 提供BIQ的数据给QG和PDI，并对质量挂板上的数据图表进行更新和分析
· 根据CQMS的要求和产品特性及工艺特性为质检人员设置/指定量具和操作工具
· 每月更新MQ及VSC数据
· 按时关闭负责的CI卡

任职要求：
1、本科以及以上学历，理工科背景；
2、具备4年以上工作经验；
3、有2年以上质量工作经验者优先；
4、熟练的英语沟通能力（说写）。
