职位描述：
? Develops and administers effective environmental programs of plant, including maintenance of related policy and procedure manuals. ? Reviews process, equipment, operational, and facility changes to ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA standards are met. ? Works with environment technicians of new setup facilities to prepare the documents for required Environmental permits, and to establish Environmental system of new facilities. ? Provides coach and support to environment technicians of battery plants. ? Maintains, revises, and tracks ISO 14001 Program. ? Performs supplier environment audit. Makes sure supplier meet JCI/national/regional environment requirements. Pushes supplier environmental improvements. ? Maintains current awareness of applicable governmental environmental regulations. Maintains legal, governmental and company environment -related records according to standards, including confidentiality. Accompanies visiting inspectors and reports findings. ? Accumulates, prepares and enters environment data into the global environment system. Analyzes data and prepares standard reports for plant management team. ? Maintain professional competency through participation in professional education and training programs and completion of any necessary requirements to maintain professional credentials. ? 1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemical or equivalent.
2. Above 8 years’ experience in quality management with at least 3 years prior supervisory experience.
3. Experience in TS16949 standards and facilitating continuous improvement using formal quality methodology and tools.
4. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
5. Must be able to effectively work with cross functional groups.
6. The ability to fluently speak and write in both Mandarin Chinese and English
