Role Focus:
- Bidding/Negotiation/Sourcing Selection, reach saving objectives (1st)
- Develop China related category strategy (Covering China plants and align with regional & global plants.(2nd)
Management Scope:
- As Senior buyer for Capex & MRO purchasing for all related China plants
Job Description:
- Sourcing process to achieve saving objectives and on time delivery
- Define proper category for related commodities and develop China commodity strategy and align with regional and global one
- Involve major supplier audit including technical and finance
- Have periodically major supplier business review
- Support the new business pursuit for all related plants, support all newly launched project, timely support all daily operations activities
Qualification:
- Engineering degree or business degree related
- Stamping tooling procurement or related tooling procurement for 3 years.
- At least 6 years of experience in automotive business, Non Production experience mandatory
- Very good experience and knowledge in purchasing affairs with excellent negotiation skill
- Good coordination skill in multinational company and cross culture environment
- Commodity strategy development experience
- Good oral and written English
- Good skill to coordination with China plants, cross functional team in RHQ and overseas entities
- Project launch experience, problem resolving
- Bachelor Degree and Master Degree or MBA is preferred
