职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:

1. Understand and manage the internal needs of supply chain department and external needs of other business, work on coordination within SC department and with other departments.

2. Execute training processes related to the flow of supply chain within SC department and other departments, including:
1)Training of product planning
2)Training of SC operating system
3)Training of overall SC operation
4)Training of SOP

3. External Communication：Assist with communication with other global headquarters and suppliers, ensure supply chain provide sufficient capability to meet production schedule and market requirement; Optimize the communication process to facilitate the operation, ensuring the accomplishment of targeted KPI.

Qualifications:

1. 1 year of related working experience

2. Bachelor’s degree, English majors preferred.

3. Good interpersonal skill, competence of communication with both internal and external business partners and improvement of customer satisfaction with own personal integrity.

4. Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in both Chinese & English; good computer knowledge.

5. Good team working skill.

6. Good at working independently with efficient, meticulous and scientific methodology.

7. Multi-tasks ability and initiative for solving problem proactively and challenging self.


职责描述：

1. 整理供应链内部需求、各业务方需求，协助部门完成本部门沟通以及跨部门沟通。

2. 负责部门内部及跨部门的供应链流程培训,内容包括:

1). 产品计划培训

2). 供应链系统培训

3). 整体操作流程培训

4). 标准作业流程培训

3. 对外交流----协助部门完成与公司全球总部和与供应商的沟通，简化沟通成本，确保供应链部门执行力，协助供应链部门完成公司所需的KPI;


职位要求：

1. 1年以上相关工作经验

2. 大学本科学历，英语专业优先

3. 良好的人际交往和团队协作能力，擅长与内外部客户的沟通协调，能树立个人信誉并提升团队的客户满意度

4. 精通中英文的书面和口语表达，具备良好的计算机系统知识

5. 团队协作力强

6. 独立自主的工作能力和细致高效的工作方法
