任职要求： 

1、专科以上学历，英语熟练，英语四级以上； 

2、具有国际货运行业两年以上工作经验，熟悉货代操作流程，能够独立处理日常工作； 

3、工作认真负责、细心，服务意识好，反应能力及沟通协调能力强，有较好的团队合作精神和能承受较大的工作压力； 

4、熟悉计算机操作，能熟练货代系统及WORD/EXCEL/OUTLOOK等办公软件。 

职位描述： 

1、主要负责海运业务操作，熟悉FOB或者CNF操作流程； 

2、负责接收客户订单以及安排供应商订舱、运输、货物跟踪、报关、结算等事宜； 

3、制作海运单证及其它相关文件，协助录入应收应付费用，安排***事宜； 

4、负责与海外代理联络货物出运及目的港事项跟进； 

5、客户投诉、纠纷的处理及上级交办的其他相关工作。
