Responsibility:
1. Partner with Integrated Site Operations Leader and advise them on financial matters and ways to drive improved profitability by optimizing the value chain
2. Drive regional operation financials (Cost , inventory, Variable Cost Productivity, Variability)
3. Plant accounting (drive controllership and global consistency)
4. Plant planning and forecast with annual operation plan, period forecast
5. Understanding results and communicating results to Site leader
6. Facilitate weekly Manufacturing Cost Reviews and other meetings to report on plant financial performance
7. Provide onsite leadership and coaching to area Operations finance analysts
8. Direct management responsibility for regional inventory
9. Direct management responsibility for regional CAPEX project
10. Provides transparent, customer-centric service and drive process improvements & simplification
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Costing/Accounting or related
2. Minimum 8 year finance/costing working experience with at least 3 years of MNC managerial role experience
3. US GAAP knowledge is mandatory
4. Strong accounting/financial analysis abilities
5. Fluency in English required
6. Strong computer operation skills is essential, SAP experience is preferred
7. Excellent communication skills – demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams in a global environment
8. Excellent prioritization and organizational skills to manage multiple deliverables
9. Excellent influencing ability to meet/exceed business expectations
