Qualifications:

* At least 5 year experiences of Export business, Homegoods & Christmas products : Ceramic, Glass, Plastic, Candles, Wood, Textile...etc.
* Having experience in dealing with both factories and foreign clients (Buyers).
* Excellent Negotiation and Sourcing skills as well as Problem Solving skill.
* Good Attitude and able to work under Pressure. Team Spirit minded.
* Fluency in both spoken and written English.
Senior Merchandiser Responsibilities:
* Manage overall merchandising process to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
* Communicate daily with Foreign clients and local factories via e-mails and phone calls.
* Follow up factory for Development samples, Sample delivery, Inspection schedule, Production status, Shipment delivery and report to clients.
* Coordinate with QC to arrange Inspection and explain product Specification.
* Do Inspection report after QC finish inspection and send to clients.
* Negotiate for the best prices or other issues with factories upon client’s requirement.
* Organizing client trip and accompany clients to visit factories.
* Sourcing new products, good factories upon client’s requirement.
