职位描述：
1、提前备课并准备好授课所需教具，协助外教进行授课，高质量的完成授课工作；
2、与外教配合，活跃课上气氛，确保上课期间学员的人身安全；
3、与学员家长建立沟通机制，及时有效的反馈学员课上表现及学习进步程度；
4、根据校区业务安排，完成教学部整体工作目标；
5、参加部门或校区组织的培训、会议、经验分享及团建活动。
 
任职资格：
1.形象气质佳、具良好的英语口语能力、有责任心、热情积极主动；
2.具团队合作精神、服务意识强、有爱心、有耐心、又细心；
