职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、与大客户销售团队配合，参与跟进重要客户，提供雇主品牌推广策略及具体方案；
2、深入了解客户雇主文化与需求，优质、高效制定推广策划和组织方案撰写，并完成方案沟通、设计创意说明；
3、有效地与设计、AE团队进行沟通，准确传达客户确认的方案思路，确保全案企划后期有效执行。
任职资格：
1、3年以上雇主品牌或市场策划工作经验，art base（有digital经验尤佳）或copy base均可；
2、有4A广告公司创意、文案相关工作经验者优先；
3、有雇主品牌策划相关成功案例者优先；
4、善于关注并结合当下市场热点，打造极具竞争力的策划方案。
