职位描述
Reporting to: Asia Sales Manager
Location: Kunshan, Suzhou, China
Requirements:
Expertise knowledge of the Paper making process, operations and production
Motivational toward teamwork and driving forward a successful sales team??
Excellent interpersonal skills to nuture team spirit and cooperation
Excellent customer relations skills.
Effective use of professional sales techniques
Ability to operate independent of daily direction, i. E. See what needs to be done and does it
Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks and demands, make happen, gets results.
Good trouble shooting and problem solving skills
Job Descriptions:
Lead and motivate a team of Technical Sales Managers covering all FRS Fabric and Rolls products for the China Central region
Develop sales plan for each accounts and the products/Solutions
Produce accurate quarterly forecasts to indicate how the business is developing in each account and product segment
Identify market trends and shortfalls with action plans to bring the business back in line with the planned levels
Drive forward an aggressive FRS growth strategy across all sections of the machine business
Investigate machine specific requirements and apply innovative solutions to add value to the customers purchasing and production
Drive forward Embedded solutions of not only FRS but all company products and define customer benefits and savings
Run cost initiative programs with key customers, promoting "total" sectional management
Become the preferred supplier through innovation,value added approach and customer satisfaction
Manage costs to assure that profit levels meet or exceed company objectives
Monitor quotes, reports and all other correspondence to assure quality and ???? completeness.
Monitor quote log to identify reasons for won - lost ratios in conjunction with sales personnel.
Coordinate Marketing activities/events to ensure that marketing objectives are met??
