Objectives:
? To match with the local regulatory request of important function Backup (A,B character, A,B 角)
? To timely handle the compliance issues under the tougher regulated circumstance
? To better support the business development and internal control
Job responsibilities:
Compliance area: (60% time allocation)
? Provide ongoing compliance advice on regulatory issues
? Be involved in revising new policies and procedures of company
? Assist to develop effective and value-added tracking systems for compliance monitoring and compliance metrics
? Compliance training
? Regulatory reports drafting and reporting
Legal area: (40% time allocation)
? Contract Management (Contract Draft & Review, Make & Localize standard contract, etc.)
? Legal Disputes management (Negotiation, Arbitration, Litigation excluding loan litigation, etc.)
? Daily Legal Support (consult, advise, legal opinion, etc.)
Job requirements:
? University (bachelor) graduated or above in legal sciences or related fields
? Passed Chinese Bar Examination
? Good interpersonal skills
? independently working style with fast responds ability
? 3y+ working experiences
Competencies:
? Team player
? Intercultural communication skill
? Fluent in spoken and written English
? Excellent computer application skills
