1. 根据测试任务完成动力电池系统与整车测试数据整理及分析；撰写及更新相关测试文件。

Completing the test and analysis of the test data of the power battery system and the vehicle according to the test task.

2. 电池系统测试标准体系建立。

Establishment of test standard system for battery system.

3. 指导软件、硬件及系统性能功能等各项技术指标的验证。

Guiding the validation of software, hardware and system performance.

4. 现场电池系统疑难问题的分析和解决。

Analyzing and solving the problem of battery system.

5. 运营车辆电池数据收集整理及分析。

Collecting and analyzing the data of the vehicle battery.

6. 电池系统团队成员的测试知识的培训和技能提高。

Giving training to improve the testing skills of battery system team members.

职位要求：
全日制本科及以上学历，机械/电子/自动化等相关专业;

bachelor degree or above, major in automotive engineering / mechanical design / automation

英语流利,在工作中可以使用英文听说读写，有良好的团队精神和表达能力；

Good written and spoken English skills; good team player and good communication skills；

有电池行业工作经验三年以上；

At least 3 years above working experience in Battery related field;

有较强的问题分析和解决能力；

strong analytical and problem solving skills;

熟悉电池PACK国内外测试标准，有电池PACK在整车可靠性、安全EMC

测试经验；

familiar with battery PACK test standards at home and abroad, the battery PACK in vehicle reliability, safety EMC Testing experience;

能适应短期国外、国内出差。
