Responsibilities:
1. Plan and prepare supply chain and operational analysis.
2. Develop detailed project plans, complete with tasks and events and measurements.
3. Identify resources needed and task assignments made.
4. Recommend, develop, implement and maintain standard reporting for routine business reports.
5. Customize and automate end user reports for specific needs using SQL or Visual Basic.
6. Communicate results of key measurement projects with Shanghai buyer teams.
7. Cowork and recommend actions and provide guidance on supply chain and operational problems.
8. Prepare detailed SOP documents that are for reference and future enhancement, bridge user requirements and designer/developer.
Requirements:
1. Degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Mathematics/Applied Statistics or Operations Management.
2. Knowledge of inventory management is preferred.
3. Advanced level/skill in Microsoft Access/Excel.
4. Experience in SQL or Visual Basic is preferred.
5. Experience in data analysis and visualization.
6. Experience with SAP, BW.
7. Good English ability both oral and written.
8. Good communication skill and strong learning initiatives.
9. Teamwork spirit while being able to work alone.
