What We Expect
1. Provide high level office support to VP Marketing, Sales Controlling & Systems, maintain a professional image, pay close attention to details and manage deadline well
2. Provide secretarial, administrative and business support to VP such as expense claims, hotel and flight bookings, calendar management, meeting arrangements, internal activities, department co-ordination, etc.
3. Prepare, translate and proof-read all documents including Marketing, Sales Controlling, Systems and other related documents, announcements, emails, reports, etc.
4. Provide administrative and back-up support to heads of sub-departments in the filing, preparation of task lists, etc documentation work as and when required
5. Receive and interact with incoming visitors, Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
6. Any other assignments given or ordered by VP

What You Need to Have
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Business Administration, Marketing or International Trade is preferred
2. Able to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks concurrently
3. Excellent communication and coordination skills
4. Self-independent and have strong willingness to learn
5. Honest and reliable, has strong sense of responsibility
6. Fluent in both written and oral English, German will be a plus
7. Strong MS office skills (especially PPT, MS Word, Excel)
8. Willingness to travel

1. 为市场、销售管控及系统副总裁提供高级工作协助;需具备专业的工作态度,注重细节,在截止日期前完成任务
2. 协助副总裁完成行政及业务方面的工作,例如副总裁的费用报销、机票酒店预订、日程安排、会议安排、部门活动、部门内部协调工作等
3. 准备并翻译与市场、销售管控及系统相关的文件、通知、邮件、报告、会议材料等
4. 当需要时,向各子部门领导提供管理及协助提供管理及支持向如文件,任务清单等工作
5. 帮助部门访客安排部门会议、会议记录等
6. 完成副总裁交办的其他工作

您应具备
1. 本科及以上学历,工商管理,市场营销或国际贸易相关专业优先
2. 能够适应快节奏的工作氛围并同时执行多项任务
3. 出色的沟通协调能力
4. 能够独立完成任务,学习意愿强
5. 诚实、可信赖,责任心强
6. 熟练的英文口语和读写能力,会德文者优先
7. 熟练使用办公室软件(特别是PPT, Word, Excel)
8. 愿意出差
