职位描述：
1. Develop, implement, communicate and maintain quality plan to bring the company’s quality systems and policies into compliance with quality system requirements
2. Implement strategies for quality function, including quality system establishment & maintenance, process improvement, KPI measurement, etc
3. Play as main leader for taking corrective and preventive action for manufacturing process and customer requirement to do relevant continual improvement activity.
4. Coordinate internal management reviews and conduct quality system audits so as to achieve quality approval
5. Responsible for the audit and review on suppliers
6. Responsible to deal with all quality issue, includes in-coming material quality, finished goods, and after-sales
7. Develop and deliver training tailored to the needs of internal staff and external supplier
8. Summarize monthly quality performance and report.
9. Drive the maturity of QMS to achieve Malcom Balridge Award


任职要求：

1. Bachelor degree in HVAC or Refrigeration Engineering is required.
2. Good knowledge with international quality standards and solid experience in ISO9001and TS/QS9000 tools (FMEA, APQP, PPAP,Control Plan, MSA, SPC, 8D ,etc)
3. Minimum of 3 years supplier quality experience
4. Experience of Project management
5. Oral and written English skills
