职位描述：

3. Minimum Qualification :
3.1 Degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering

4. Experience
4.1 At least 5 year of relevant experience preferably in burn-in operations and facilities
maintenance.
4.2 Fundamental engineering knowledge on semiconductors, electronics
4.3 Independent, resourceful and take initiatives
4.4 Effective communication skills

5. Reporting
      5.1 The Engineer will report to the Engineering Manager

6. Responsibilities
6.1 To perform low yield / QA verification and lot disposition
Assist in generating engineering reports and graphs
6.2 Troubleshoot of plant equipment-setup and hardware issues
6.3 Coordination of inventory count
6.4 Provides interface between vendor(s) and operation in maintaining exiting equipment, facilities
6.5 Provides engineering expertise to ensure overall BI equipment performance
6.6 Provide engineering expertise to ensure overall facilities equipment performance
6.7 Assist in improvement projects related to yield, quality, productivity, product or process
6.8 Assist in new system or equipment qualification and supervision of engineering lots
6.9 Analysis of customer feedback
6.10 Other day-to-day operation issues
6.11 Any other responsibilities that may be assigned by your superiors

7. Authorities
7.1 Initiate and follow-up with members of other department and or vendor to improvement
