Major Responsibilities:
? Responsible for HRIS system (implementations, administration, reporting, analytics, data maintenance, etc.).
? Implement controls to ensure accuracy and completeness of data within the system.
? Train and provide troubleshooting tips to HR team, managers or others on the features and functionality of the HRIS system and applications.
? Document and maintain thorough HRIS admin and end-user processes and procedure user guides (SOP Documents).
? Serving as emergency backup for payroll and timesheet processing
? Be the key user of SI/PHF system.
? Serving as liaison to payroll team regarding benefit deduction adjustments, data changes and HRIS/Payroll system integration issues
? Processing new hire and termination benefits enrollments/follow-ups; Responsible for processing all benefits invoices.
? Work closely with payroll to identify efficiencies or enhancements in payroll processing and reporting.
? Perform HR projects and other responsibilities as needed.



Position Requirements:
? Associates Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.
? 3 to 5 years of HR, Benefits, and/or HRIS experience preferably in manufacturing industry. Proficiency with HRIS systems, ideally Ufida 8 and Success Factor.
? Knowledge and experience with HRIS system implementation.
? Strength in automation and identifying and implementing system and process efficiencies and enhancements.
? Ability to professionally handle and maintain confidential information
? Quick learner with a positive and pragmatic attitude as well as an excellent sense of priority.
? Agile and able to multi-task in fast-paced high-growth company environment.
? Fluent English written and communication ability.
