About The Role
The Development Team Manager is responsible for overall tasks of development / enhancement / maintaince in this team which covering: analysis, inception, evaluation, estimation, designing, developing, testing, supporting, maitenance, trouble shooting and etc. And provide management, governance, coach and instruction to ensure the high quality delivery of project and service align to agreed plan with stakeholders. Role requires:
. Strong knowledge & hands-on experience of the banking domain and Java technology
. Work with variety of business units to ensure business and technical objectives are met to help achieve ANZ's goals.
. Implement DevOps and Agile processes and standards, and keep continouse devivery.
. Handling the PMR discussion and people management.
. Handle the forecast and budgeting of the request.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

-8+ years’ experience in leading and managing a team for project delivery or technical services.
- Strong experience in different development technologies like Microsoft technologies, Java framework as well as other major tecniques and products. Familiar with the development of web / network / mobile / database as well as the maintenance on enterprise systems or applications. Broad knowledge of enterprise architecture, integration patterns.
- Solid expertise in J2EE, WebSphere Application Server/Weblogic/Jboss, Active MQ/JMS, Oracle PL/SQL, Java, Hibernate, Spring, database design, with a strong awareness of emerging technologies and industry standards such as HTML5, Angular JS, Bootstrap
- Good knowledge in Middleware and system integration – IBM MQ, JMS MQ, Kafka etc.
- Technical experience in any of the following will be an advantage: Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Integration, Apache Camel, Mule etc.
- Good knowledge application performance tuning and optimization is a strong plus
- Be able to develop core functions, set up technical standards for the team and review code of other developers.
- Great attention to detail and strong focus on quality and deliverables.
- Strong customer service attitude with rich stakeholder management experience and influence skills.
- Delivery excellence under pressure.
- Must have strong knowledge in project management and practice.
- Must have strong knowledge in quality management, practice and tools, like QC, Jira and etc.
- Must have knowledge and experience in all phases of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Must have knowledge and experience in Agile/Scrum.
- Good knowledge on version control and release management, as well as different development tools and techniques.
- Knowledge on software design methodology and patterns like UML, MVC and etc.
- Must be a very good team player with excellent communication and cooperation skills.
