职位描述：
1. Initiate/modify test process and method per customer specification and trade specification. Guide tester implement test per requirement. Guide tester for testing and deal with simple test problem.
2. Review, verify and analyze test data. Analyze failed test data. Summarize and maintain test data information to support data analysis for supervisor, QE, SQE, receiving supervisor and buyer.
3. Work with scheduler, production, facility, buyer and Logistic department to make sure the assistant material, instrument, equipment can support every test. Work with outside test lab for test method, test specification, equipment and schedule.
4. Initiate and modify MTS program for mechanical test on MTS machine. Deal with MTS problems.
5. Initiate assistant equipment and instrument requirement to Buyer and supplier, verify instrument timely and assist Metrology department calibrate test machine timely.
6. Initiate and modify test lab job-work order for every test panel. Provide kit cut and cure requirement to relative department for Kit cut net and cure cycle program. And coordinate relative department to make sure job go through. Close or transfer Job information in ERP.
7. Monitor raw material quality on site and raw material supplier quality management. Initiate the raw material IPC and instruct the receiving inspector to check raw material per IPC.
8. Performs other duties or projects as assigned.

职位要求：
1. Engineering college from specialized technical school and 4 years at least composite material test experience.
2. Good skill of Technical English reading and writing.
3. Good skill of using the MTS machine test software (including calibration and assembly ect.) and deal with material software problem.
4. Knowledge of test specimen making.
5. Good skill of test specimen making, testing and test result analysis.
