职位描述：
POSITION OBJECTIVE
Responsible for WWFF accounting work, ensure the accurate and timely book-keeping, act as an active member of finance department in China.

JOB DESCRIPTION
？ Responsible for accounting transactions of WWFF, update in both global and local accounting systems timely and accurately, make sure its completeness within the deadline, ensure the reconciliation between two accounting systems.
？ Manage tax invoice (fapiao), issue it timely and correctly.
？ Prepare AR outstanding report, contact sales to follow up the outstanding closely.
？ Check staff reimbursement, ensure the company policy is followed.
？ Administer bank accounts, user set up, access modification, bank signatory, etc.
？ Update weekly cash web forecast.
？ Closely monitor the cash flow, arrange payment based on due date.
？ Manage fixed assets, annual fixed assets count, ensure complete record and close monitor.
？ Assist monthly closing.
？ Abide by company policies, implement the internal control.
？ Coordinate external / internal audit.
？ Be responsible for the filing of vouchers / fapiao / documents in good order.
？ Other tasks as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENT
？ Bachelor degree or above with major in Accounting.
？ More than 5 years working experience.
？ Marine & logistics industry experience is advantage.
？ Good communication skill.
？ Result-oriented.
？ Good team-player.
？ Can do attitude.
？ Strong sense of deadline and responsibility.
？ Can work under pressure.
