职位描述：
1. Age : 35 - 45 years

3. Minimum Qualification :
    3.1 Degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering

4. Work Experience:
    4.1 At least 8 years working experience in the Final Test Operation for semiconductor company..
    4.2 Experience in J750, V93K test platform.
    4.3 Familiar with Test Processes, Tester correlation, NPI startup and Qual.
    4.4 Understanding/experience of Tester programing and various aspect of Test software and Hardware including load boards.
    4.5 Knowledge of Delta/COHU Handler would be advantages.
    4.6 Have lead a team of engineers or technician supporting Final Test operation.
             
5. Requirement:
   5.1 Strong leadership and problem solving skills.
   5.2 Good Communication skill to be able to communicate with customers effectively.
   5.3 Hands on person that works with the team.
   5.4 Able to work independently with little or no supervision.
 
6. Reporting
   6.1 The Engineer will report to the Operation Manager and Plant Manager.
 
7.Responsibilities
  7.1 Lead and supervise a team of Engineer/Technician to support the Final Test Operation.
  7.2 Liase and support customers for production volume, NPI.
  7.3 Support the QA in all quality matters.
  7.4 Liase with vendors to support the maintenance/repair of the Test equipment.
  7.5 Generate weekly and monthly management report.
  7.6 Any other work assigned by immediate manager.
 
8. Authorities
8.1 Initiate and follow-up with members of other department and or vendor to improvement project/program 举报 分享
