职位描述：

1. Understand and can proceed according to accounting policies & procedures;

2. Enter the supplier invoices and credit notes into the ERP system and ensure they are entered completely and accurately;

3. Clear the paid AP Weekly;

4. Perform AP reconciliation with Suppliers(achievement 70% quarterly);

5. Achieve DPO target;

6. Prepare monthly AP&GRIR aging reports;

7. Prepare BS review monthly, provide the details;

8. Check the input tax monthly between ERP and golden system;

9. Prepare cash forecast monthly & cash flow management;

10. Prepare USD gap report monthly;

岗位要求：

Good communication skill

At least 2 year working experience in similar position

Familiar with ERP

Good command of MS Office software

Good English communication skills, both written and spoken

Service-oriented attitude
