职位描述：
Responsibilities 岗位职责：
Establish, improve, implement and check HSE management system to meet OHSAS18001/ISO45001 and ISO14001 requirement and evaluate its compliance according to national laws, legislation, and local legislations.
根据国家相关法律法规及公司的相关要求，建立、完善、执行、检查公司的HSE的管理体系并对其符合性进行评估，保证公司的职业健康安全环保工作满足OHSAS18001/ISO45001和ISO14001质量体系要求；
Response for emergency / incident, support to investigate, analyze and deal with the HSE incident and prepare for correction and prevention action.
能够及时应对、妥善处理应急救援和突发事故的发生；组织调查、分析、处理HSE事件，拟定改正措施并整改执行；
Implement HSE supervision at various working locations, identify, analyze and monitor the potential hazards.
负责在公司内的各区域实施HSE监督，潜在危害的识别，分析及监测；
Responsible for making HSE related working plan and push the implementation of the working plan.
制定HSE相关的工作计划，并推动落实；
Hold/attend regular safety meetings with technical supervisors for in-field safety management; hold/attend regular safety meetings with lab safety team for lab safety management, report safety work to senior management team on monthly basis..
定期与技术部各个主管召开安全例会讨论并督促现场安全工作，与实验室安全小组召开安全例会讨论并督促实验室安全，按月向公司管理层汇报安全工作情况;
Responsible for HSE training module development, perform periodic safety training in the company and perform safety training for new employee, visitors, temporary labors, etc.
负责撰写HSE培训模块的开发、实施，组织并完成对员工的周期性培训，以及对新人、访客、临时员工的HSE相关培训；
Responsible for gas waste, liquid waste and solid waste management, make related management system and procedures and supervise the implementation of the procedures.
负责制定、维护、督导三废物品的管理制度和落实及日常管理；
Responsible for receiving, analyzing and communicating external and internal HSE related management requirements, which may come from government, customer, third party, headquarters, etc.
负责接收、分析和传达外部和内部的HSE相关的管理要求，包括政府、客户、第三方、企业总部等；
Organize fire drills regularly and responsible for the maintenance of firefighting system in different working locations in the company.
每年组织各个工作区域的消防演习并负责维护消防系统及灭火装置；
Responsible for providing HSE relevant support for all projects in the company.
负责为公司内各个项目提供HSE相关的支持；
Establish and maintain good working relationship with local HSE authorities.
建立和保持与当地有关政府部门的良好工作关系；
Other ad hoc duties as required by QHSE Manager and or participate in cross functional team work.
及时完成公司QHSE经理安排的其他任务，并且/或者参与跨部门合作。

Qualifications:
资格和要求
3+ years of experience within the Inspection & Testing industry or metal / mineral industries with proven HSE management experience.
有3年以上检验检测行业或者金属矿产业相关工作经验，有健康安全环保管理相关经验;
ISO14001, OHSAS18001 / ISO45001 knowledge or similar Quality Management experiences.
有ISO14001和OHSAS18001知识，或者类似的质量管理体系工作经验
Bachelor’s degree in safety technical engineering, or other related field.
学士学位，安全技术工程专业或者相关背景或专业
With qualified safety engineer certificate, enterprise safety certificate, firefighting related certificate is preferred
具有注册安全工程师相关证书，有企业安全人员资质证书、消防控制室资格证书优先考虑;
Chinese national with English language proficiency a plus
具备良好的英语水平将优先考虑
Familiar to the management of special equipment and hazardous materials and related regulations, with experience to write SHE management document.
熟悉特种设备和危险品的管理及国家行业规范，有策划和撰写有关HSE的管理文件的经历；
Familiar with computer and Microsoft office
熟练运用电脑及办公软件等操作；
Strong written and verbal communication skills
具备良好的书写和日常沟通能力;
Active and excellent problems solving skills
工作积极主动，并且能针对问题给出积极主动的解决方案;
Can travel within China + 50% of the time
能够适应在全国范围内经常出差;
