Responsibilities
Health, Safety & Environment
? Take reasonable care for your own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by what you do or what you fail to do.
? Co-operate with your line manager on HSE matters.
? Correctly use work equipment, personal protective equipment in accordance with training and instructions provided.
? Do not interfere with or misuse anything provided for HSE purposes.
? Report HSE hazards, accidents, incidents, illness and diseases to your line manager.
KPIs/Measures
? % of HSE training completed.
? All HSE incidents reported through the appropriate channels.
? HSE processes implemented to reduce % of incidents reported.
Client Sales and Marketing
? Review/draft sales, operation and procurement contracts.
? Communicate regularly with internal and outside clients.
? Review proposals, NDA, client CBC and related legal documents.
? Manage and update legal contract register.
? Build in compliance check in daily contract review.
KPIs/Measures
? Contract review done properly within agreed timescales.
? Record and register contracts timely and properly.
? Contact and follow up with sales team on contract integrity
? Work with finance on tightening our contract terms
Consumer Sales and Marketing
? Conduct compliance review re business proposal, contract, gift and hospitality and advertisement and update the relevant policies from local law enforcement perspective.
? Assist with commercial bribery and internal fraud matters.
? Deliver CBC trainings to new and existing staff regularly.
? Deliver mock dawn raid trainings.
? Keep a gift & hospitality register.
? Assist with all legal & compliance matters.
KPIs/Measures
? Improve contract review process with internal and external clients to protect rights and support negotiations.
? Ensure custody and safekeeping of all legal documents.
? Oversee regulatory compliance and advice Top Management on legal matters.
? Cost control of external legal resources.
? Improve the standard operation
Cost of Food
? Review and revise board meeting minutes and other documents related to change of registration items.
? Maintain Corporate Governance best practices for the organisation by coordinating all contractual arrangements for company. Maintain and enhance systems of internal control relating to contract review and sign off to mitigate exposure to legal risk before such contractual arrangements are presented to senior management.
? Ensure sustainable best practice through clarification of legal and ethical boundaries in which China’s business operations are undertaken and maintain transparent and ethical culture across China.
? Ensure China’s compliance with laws and as China expands, ensure its Corporate Legal structure evolves to suit the business needs and that it does so in accordance with the local laws.

? Convertthe Code of Business Conduct into practical actions and training, not just on the Code but also in relation to anti-trust and supplier pricing issues.
