职位描述：
人力资源及行政副经理

岗位职责：
1、 协助人力资源行政部经理支持部门工作；
2、 规划企业品牌宣传及企业文化建设,包括但不限于员工活动、线上品牌推广策划管理等；
3、 协助人力资源行政部经理管理行政事务；
4、 协助人力资源行政部经理做好其他项目性工作，涉及招聘、薪资、绩效考核、培训资源等模块。

职位要求：
1、 本科以上学历；
2、 8-10年人力资源工作经验，3-5年服装零售或设计公司行业背景；
3、 熟悉人力资源各模块工作；领英招聘账号用户优先考虑；
4、 性格开朗积极、有较好的计划与组织能力、有较强的逻辑分析能力；
5、 优秀的沟通表达与亲和力，形象气质佳，热爱时尚，具备工作热情和高度责任感。

Assistant HR & Admin Manager

Work responsibilities:
1. Assist HR & Admin Manager in HR and Admin related work;
2. Employer branding and enterprise culture construction management including staff activities, online branding and etc.
3. Assist HR & Admin Manager to manage administrative affairs;
4. Assist HR & Admin Manager in project management including recruitment, C&B, Performance Appraisal, Training and etc.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. 8-10 years experience in HR management with 3-5 years Retail or Fashion Design company experience;
3. Familiar with all HR function, LinkedIn Recruiter account user experience preferred;
4. Open-minded and positive attitude, good in planning and organizing, strong sense of logical analysis;
