职位描述：
JD:
? Install and remove hardware, software from computer and network system & cabling at the store and at the SH office;
? Maintaining a list of necessary maintenance and repairs.
? Prepare and test IT facilities for new opening stores and work station for office.
? Assist IT department for software maintenance & upgrade.
? Assist IT department office for new IT project.
? Troubleshooting network, operating system, software and hardware issues for store and office.
? Store assistance for retail applications like IPAD Apps, SAP and others.
? Training and coaching store and office staff in the use of the IT facilities.

Requirements:
? IT bachelor degree;
? 3-4 years of working experience in IT department of MNC;
? Good written & reading English skills;
? Proven experience in help-desk assistance to users;
? Able to work both independently and in team.
? Written, oral and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate with internal staffs.
? Familiar with MS-Office, Windows7 OS and SAP preferably;
