岗位职责:

Purpose of Position:

Help patients who have injuries or illnesses, improve their movement and manage their pain. Implement programs that improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and improve or correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury. The main focus is to correct, maintain and prevent future injuries.

Duties and Responsibilities:

? Perform and document an initial exam, evaluating data to identify problems and determine a diagnosis prior to intervention, in consultation with physicians or by prescription.
? Plan, prepare, or carry out individually designed programs of physical treatment to correct, maintain and prevent injuries.
? Identify and document goals, anticipated progress, and plans for re-evaluation.
? Use exercises, stretching maneuvers, hands-on therapy, and equipment to ease patients’ pain and to help them increase their ability to move
? Evaluate a patient’s progress, modifying a treatment plan and trying new treatments as needed
? Documents patient care services by charting in patient and updating electronic records.
? Instruct patient and family in treatment procedures to be continued at home.
? Maintains patient confidence and keeps information confidential.
? Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
? Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; attends in-house training and participates in professional societies.
? Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

任职资格:

Requirements:
Physical Therapist Degree
10 years clinical experience
Exceptional patient service skills and ability to demonstrate clinical excellence
Able to handle high quality volume

Skills/Qualifications:

Quality Focus, Bedside Manner, Clinical Skills, Pain Management, Persistence, High Energy Level, Excellent Communication Skills, Time Management and most have the ability to Obtain and Retain Patients.
