职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 每天处理VAT发票，盖发票章，并将发票号准确的更新到SAP中
Issue VAT from SAP system and upload the VAT invoice number in SAP

2. 每天处理应收账款收款核销及录入，及时和销售以及助理沟通无核销明细部分
Daily AR collection clearing , communicate with sales and CSR with the no details part

3. 客户信用控制，长期未客户催款，及时和法务和销售沟通后续处理方式
Credit control , flow up the long overdue customers , help legal team and sales team for the flowing steps

4. 收集每月的销售反馈资料，根据清单及时和销售，法务及客户做沟通
Collect monthly sales feedback for the AR aging report , and communicate with sale reps ,legal team, customers base on the feedback list

5. 审核销售提交的退换货申请单，查看是否需要退票
Check the credit note application form and if the order need return invoice inform CSR team

6. 及时和销售核对AR 明细，沟通开票情况及收款情况
Communicate with Sales rep regularly for the issue VAT status and collection status

7. 跟踪法务每周给出的走法律流程的客户清单，及时做好每月的坏账处理
Flow up the weekly legal process report, book the bad debt in SAP on time

8. 月底计提应收账款的坏账准备
Monthly bad debt provision calculation and post in SAP

9. 月底编制应收账款相关报表
Monthly AR report

10. 及时完成部门安排的临时性其它工作
Other temporary works

任职要求：
1. 大专以上学历，会计及财务相关专业
College degree or above, graduate from accounting and related disciplines

2. 至少3年以上应收账款或相关财务的工作经历
Over 3 years AR or related working experience

3. 熟练使用Microsoft office，如果用过ERP(SAP)软件为佳
Microsoft office skilled, ERP (SAP ) skilled will be a pluses

4. 英文书面及口语熟练
