职位描述：
Principal Accountabilities职责描述

1. 按照WI的指示进行工作。 Work according to the WI.
2. 按照要求对设备进行例行简单的维护。 The daily maintenance work according to the instruction.
3. 生产过程中问题发现并上报。 Find the issues during production and report.
4. 可能的情况下提供改进改善意见。If possible, provide improvement ideas.
5. 支持工程师进行焊接实验。Support the engineers to do welding test.
6. 对新入职焊工进行技能培训。 Training to the new employees.
7. 主管指派的其他工作。 Other works appointed by the manager.


Essential Criteria 基本素质
1. 可以接受倒班工作 Accept shift change working.
2. 可以接受临时的工作调动 Accept temporary work arrangement.
3. 中专或以上学历 Technical secondary school or higher degree
4. 焊接质量能够达到客户和公司的要求 The welding quality could match the standard of customer or Aleris
5. 有团队合作精神 The team work attitude

Preferred Criteria 优先条件
除TIG焊外，有其他种类焊接技能 Besides the TIG welding, ability of other welding method
有操作工管理，排班经验 Experience of operators and their shifts management


Qualifications and Experience 资格与经验

三年或以上焊接操作经验，其中一年或以上铝合金TIG焊操作经验 At least 3 year experience of welding operation including at least one year experience of aluminum TIG welding operation.
有焊工资格证 Has gotten the welding operator certification 举报 分享
