职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITY

1. To make sure that products delivery on time.
2. Product quality control process set in production steps.
3. Cost control in regards to labor control, use rate of raw material.
4. Production consumable items, energy saving, etc
5. Supervise production status.
6. Provide proper training to all operators.
7. Ensure all production under safety environment and control.

Requirement

1. Proven work experience as operations manager
2. Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
3. Budget development and oversight experience
4. Familiarity with business and financial principles and practices
5. Working knowledge of budgets, forecasting and metrics
6. Basic IT skills (SAP, MS Office etc)
7. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
8. Leadership and organizational skills
