Goals/Mission:

主要职责：

Take care of market development and sales of company products locally, to source new customers in a defined territory.

负责公司产品在国内市场的开拓及销售工作,在指定省市寻找客户。

Tasks:

工作内容：

--Promote company products, develop and implement sales plan in order to guarantee annual sales objective achieved.

促进公司产品销售的开发和执行，以确保实现年度销售目标。

-- Actively searching for customers, make cold calling, customer visits and follow up hot projects daily, and scheduling sales visits if necessary.

积极寻找客户，对潜在客户进行电话销售，并对其进行跟进。如有需要，计划并进行上门访问。

--Provide right solutions to customer needs.

及时向客户提供合适的解决方案以满足客户需求。

--Report sales activities, hot projects and marketing information incl. competition, market share and trends to management.

汇报销售活动，项目和市场信息，包括竞争的热点，市场份额和动态管理。

--Handle customer complaints and collect account receivable.

处理客户投诉和应收账款征收。

--Co-operation within the company.

配合公司完成其他交代事务。

Requirements:

具体要求：

-College or Bachelor degree, preferably in marketing and sales (or mechanical); 2 years or above sales experience in mechanical industry

专科及以上学历，有市场营销和销售（或机械）方面经验尤佳; 2年以上机械工业背景销售经验。

-Able to read mechanical diagram with a better understanding of equipments.

能看懂机械示意图，对机械设备有较好的理解能力。

-Skilled in computer, Familiar with Office, basic knowledge of Auto CAD and other common softwares; Able to prepare high quality proposal independently.

熟练操作计算机，熟悉Office和Auto CAD基础知识以及 各常用软件；能独立制作高质量的方案书。

-Can listen, speak, read and write English; CET-4 or above.

基本的英语读写听说能力， CET-4或以上。

-Keen to sales, open-minded, easy-going, good communication, able to work under pressure, professional and responsibility.

热爱销售工作，开朗随和，擅长与人沟通、能承受压力。有较强的理解能力，且有销售必备的敬业精神和责任心。

-Willing to travel.

能够适应出差。
