Overview:
To accomplish project leasing assignments and other commercial leasing and sale.
Accountabilities:
？ Business development and handling of Corporate Client
？ Clients prospecting
？ Office leasing negotiation and documentation
？ Other daily operations as advised by Project Leasing Manager
Required Qualifications & Experience:
？ Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and in both written and oral English
？ Above 1-2 years office project leasing relevant working experience
？ MNC’s work experience is preferred
？ University qualification in real estate, marketing or economics preferred
？ Strong interpersonal, communication skill and good presentation skills
？ Computer literacy in Word, Excel, Powerpoint
？ Hard working team player
