Job Responsibilities:
1. Carry out procurement for new project .
a. RFQ for new project .
b. Release PO for try run status ;
c. Components order & follow up;
d. BOM cost projection with accurate information & quality work;
e. Co-ordinate with supplier for Custom & Logistic issues;
f. Supplier Selection Process (SSP) preparation;

2.Responsible for PO release and nego for VMI /BSAS.
3. Monitor On Time Delivery performance with suppliers;
4.Responsible for critical material shortage to meet customers’ requirement;
5.Support quality and technology issue .
6.Responsible for incoming defect parts and payment issue.
7.To maintain accuracy information for MRP parameter;
a. ECN follow up;
b. ACO/Cancellation handling;
c. PO align with supplier;

Other requirements:
1. Maintain an efficiency data system;
2. Maintenance good & healthy relationship with both suppliers & internal customers;
3. Perform other jobs assigned by his/her superior;
4. Attend and complete training on safety aspects as required by his/her jobs;
5. Perform duties in compliance with safety working processes and practices;
6. Report any unsafe condition or accident to supervisor immediately.

Qualification:
1. College degree or above;
2. 3 years experiences in purchasing field for mechanical products;
3. Good negotiation & communication skills;
4. Writing & speaking fluent English is preferred;
5. Skillful for Excel & Words operation.
