职位描述：
1. Issue invoice and official invoice management for both domestic and export.; Account receivable analysis and control for both domestic and export.
国内和出口销售发票的开具及管理;国内及出口应收账款分析及控制。
2. Distributor credit control and management & Payment checking.
分销商信用控制管理,及客户的付款情况检查。
3. Vendor payment control and management& analysis. Purchasing contract management, Apply and process payment.
供应商付款管理, 控制及分析, 和采购合同管理。负责付款的处理工作。
4. Control Non invoice payment and collect the invoice back after payment. Also the prepaid in advance account.
控制没有发票的付款,在付款后要及时收回发票。管理好预付账款,员工借支款项。
5. Monthly inter-company AR &third party statement preparation and communication, Quarterly third-party AR statement preparation and communication.
每月发送关联公司和第三客户对账函进行对账,每季度与第三方大部分供应商对账。
6. Management of cancellation of registration of import & export transaction; Banking management.
进出口业务的外汇核销管理;银行存款管理。
7. Statistic report preparation.
编制对外统计报表。
