Identify strategic partners to develop China engineering pipeline, determine pipeline capacity, and assess pipeline strength. Engage the pipeline sources with a series of initiatives (ex. Caterpillar scholarship foundation, sponsor events and activities named Caterpillar of targeted school, university and technical community, develop a basis of complementary advantages of promote pragmatic cooperation of students education and technology cultivation, project research, internship program, career plan, international exchanging student program…). There is currently one of top Wuxi local middle school (Tianyi) and one Wuxi local university (Jiangnan University) in the pipeline list.
· Accountable for manage and leading China annual on-campus recruitment activities. Ensure China execution of process has leverage with global corporate practice. Representing the Engineering Functional Area, functional owner of all Engineering Recruiting across China. Partners with AP HR in this responsibility.
· Build and develop professional engineering recruiter teams. Able to provide TSI and other recruitment related training and consulting.
· Responsible to represent China Engineering functional area in effective branding of Caterpillar within all interfaces throughout China. Impress and enhance Caterpillar image vs. competitors in talent market.
· Accountable for budget preparation and billing for all branding, recruiting and talent pipeline related activities. Collaborates with CRDC accounting to bill out cost specifics.
Some travel required (may be 15-25% of working time), particularly campus recruitment season.


Qualifications：
The position typically requires a college or university degree or equivalent experience.
Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal skills are required.
Requires working effectively across multiple business divisions and with personnel across a wide range of commincation.
The position requires knowledge of various Caterpillar personnel and LTDP program overalls, Caterpillar branding guidelines, IP and other legal regulations.
