职位描述/要求：

1.维护和改善铸造检查的效率和效果（包括测量和对金相检查有了解）To check and improve casting quality and
efficiency (including casting measuring and understanding metallographic test).

2.检查加工铸件质量。Checking casting quality.

3. 检查铸造零部件以及分析其质量，提供检测结果并反馈给质量改善人员。目视检查铸造见外观质量(查针孔、裂纹等等)。Visually judge the quality of cast spare parts and
provide feedback for quality improvement. Conduct detection of porosities,
cracks, etc.

4. 建立标准的质量检查方法。To establish SOP quality controls.

5. 技术部提供相关的培训，技术信息和任务。Technical department will provide related
training, technical information.

6. 能够出差工作，检测，与供应商沟通。Travel and communicate with suppliers.

7. 能独立工作，向质量经理汇报工作Work independently and report work to quality
manager. 。

要求：

a) 有机械相关工具及量具操作经验优先。Preferably experienced in working with machine tools and measuring tools (practical and not only theoretical knowledge).

b) 5年工业从业经验。 5 years in related industry.

2.了解铸造行业里常用QA/QC方法。Understand QA/QC methods used in casting industry:

(preferably experienced)

b) 金相测试方法。metallographic testing

c) 基本的统计知识。basic statistical knowledge

d) 其他必要的知识。other necessary knowledge

3. 学历。Degree:

a) 技校以上学历。above technical secondary school,

b) 机械工程或者机械工艺专业优先。preferably major in mechanical engineering
project or mechanical processing

4. 中国公民，住在昆山的人员优先考虑。Chinese citizen, candidate preferably
living in Kunshan.

6. 积极向上，富有团队合作精神。Positive, team working spirit.

7. 语言 Language

能够读写一定的英语。Fluent
in written English.

16. 电脑技术 Computer experience:

a) 熟练操作办公软件 Fluent in Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet.

b) 会制图软件（如CAD）优先。AutoCAD is a real plus.

c) 能够拍照并使用相关图片软件（如photoshop, CAD）Being able to use a digital camera and how to complete his pictures with notes and remarks by software (e.g.ACDSee, photoshop)，

17. 身体要求。Physical capacities:

a) 良好的健康状况，健康的体魄。good physical condition (= steady hand and stable on feet).

b) 能够用行车处理较重的零件。Being able to handle very heavy parts. up to 500 kg with crane or chain box.

c) 能够操作工具，测量仪器等。Manual skills when using tools, measuring equipments and so on

d) 思维严密，操作精细严密。Strict, accurate, methodical way of thinking and operation.
