Job Summary & Objectives
As the assistant operations manager, he/she will foster the best in class consumer experience thru all touch points such as customer service, fulfillment and etc. He/She will maintain the relationships with internal and external fulfillment/logistics, carrier, finance services and customer service partners, in order to create, track and optimize performance/cost and lift overall consumer experience.
Main Duties
o Engage with internal/external partners to ensure SLAs and best-in-class consumer experience are met through effective:
* Volume forecasting (orders, stocks, shipments, online-chats, calls); Labor planning, training, and staffing (especially for seasonal peaks)
* Standard Operating Procedure implementation and optimization
* Cross-functional alignment (Finance Operations, Logistics, etc)
* Service Provider KPI Setting and Tracking
* Consumer Experience Improvement thru cost-effective innovations/process optimizations
o Consumer Satisfaction metrics improvement
Qualification & Experience
o At least 3-5 years’ solid experience as an operations / customer service specialist in a E-com/Digital Environment
o Great attention to details and strong customer-centric mindset
o Team Player & Solution Seeker
o Fluent in written English
Education
o Bachelor Degree or above, business/Marketing/Supply Chain related major will be a plus
o Graduated from well-known university will be a plus
