职位描述：
Qualification Requirements:
1. Master degree/ Degree in Mechanical engineering;
2. More than 5 years works experience of product development, resident engineering will be preferred.
3.Project management skill and Engineering capability
4.Good communication skill
5.Be familiar with Power tool and
Air tool design and manufacture
6.Be proficient in Pro/E or Auto-Cad
Position summary:
Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, the Product Engineering Manager is responsible for the activities of all engineers team and the coordinating and assisting other departments on new and existing products.
1. New product development project management (time/quality/performance/cost target…)
2. New products designing/realizing the solutions
3. Coordinate with domestic and international parties on product transferring
4. Lead the continuous improvement implementation on all existing products products.
5. Interact with cross functional team to ensure production quality achievement
6. Report on status of all current projects to the PM on a weekly basis.
7. Assists the PM in preparing preliminary and production cost estimates of products developed.
8. Assisting Sourcing Department in identifying appropriate and qualified suppliers.
9. Coordinate with the vendors to achieve the qualified components for new products
10. Team building include training/motivating/targeting…
11. Other duties as assigned.
12. Identification of environment Aspect and prevent pollution
