职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1.Investigate customer's problems and find solutions.
2.Candidate must have a passion for working on customer site as the job requires to work 80% out of office
3.In charge to solve any mechanical issues by adjustment of parameters in HMI, by fixing parts or elements, by changing parts or elements.
4.In charge to solve any electrical issues by adjustment of parameters in HMI, by fixing electrical parts.
5.In Charge to execute Maintenance Contract defined by the Customer Service Manager or the Project Manager.
6.Able to Read data in Siemens PLC STEP7 is a plus
7.Wiring electrical cabinet or Junction Boxes.
8.Welding certified Technician (orbital Welding is a plus)
9.Resolve complaints and order issues.
10.Compile and print reports on overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
1.Relevant Technical 's degree
2.Customer service experience
3.In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices
4.Proficiency in MS Office applications
5.Product knowledge within the following market : Electronic, Space, Cryogenic, LNG, Biogas, Hydrogen Mobility is a plus
6.Chinese spoken. Other language is a plus 举报 分享
