职位描述：
The Electronics Design Engineer should:
? Provide electronics design and development of new products or product enhancements for the automotive equipment industry. Must be able to perform in a team environment with engineers from other disciplines and nationalities.
? Develop specialized software for microprocessor based embedded systems. Development can be one person task or multi-location team oriented depending on current projects
? Prepare thorough and accurate documentation for release to manufacturing and for internal product design records. Maintain an engineering notebook to document work activity in support of company’s patent goals.
? Test and validate undercar products to assure product performance and quality.
? Work with manufacturing and service personnel to resolve problems and improve manufacturability and serviceability of products.
? Work with manufacturing engineering on value engineering initiatives to reduce product cost and/or improve performance of designs.
? Develop an understanding of the company’s products and their applications.
? Assign and review the work of others.
Technical Quali？cations:
? BSEE with minimum 1 years design experience. Master’s degree preferred.
? Up to date knowledge in electronic design.
? Capable of performing embedded programming to support designs.
? Embedded C language and firmware programming proficiency.
? Familiar with firmware development tools
? Basic understanding of complementary technical disciplines.
? Able to work with others and with minimal supervision.
? General knowledge of PC Architecture is preferred.
? Must possess excellent communication skills.
? Must possess good time management and organizational skills.
? Must possess good problem solving and analytical skills.
