职位描述：
Major Responsibilities:
1. Deliver shareholder value by maximizing bookings, and sales for assigned customer(s) (including OE and services)
2. Work alongside Service Manager as the main Day to day customer interface, creating customer intimacy and building and maintaining strong and trusted relationships
3. Assist Account Manager prepare Win Plans for sales and service Opportunities
4. Provides forecasts for bookings and sales, and keeps this information updated in the Salesforce system.
5. Monitors Escape Spend, and proactively works with customers to move spend back to Joy Global companies (generate increased market share and growth)
6. Key measures –Forecast accuracy, bookings & sales, escape spend. These will be compared against other Account Managers monthly

Requirements:
1. Customer facing experience in China Coal Mining industry
2. Technical or business background (with qualifications) in the Mining or Mining Equipment industry
3. Experience in sales of either Parts or Original Equipment (or both)
4. Close existing relationships with the assigned customers at multiple levels
5. Up to date knowledge of mining techniques and equipment application in the underground environment
6. Ability to communicate in both English and Mandarin, both verbally and in writing
7. Comfortable in using “low context” communication styles for effective communication when dealing with western colleagues (ie – direct communications)
8. Demonstrated commitment to working in a matrix type organization where one must work together with peers from other departments to drive business results 举报 分享
