驻厂产品设计工程师
符合客户CAD开模和质量要求，尊重客户的时间节点和成本要求
符合客户的设计要求，对于设计产品的及流程（开模、装配等）的可行性负责
具备汽车内外饰（,BUMPER grill）的设计能力
具备绘制或编制汽车外饰产品图样及产品技术规范的能力
具备塑料零件成型工艺经验
具备CAE分析和样件设计验证经验
具备设计变更评估和更新设计文件的能力
具备更新DFMEA能力者优先
了解汽车内外饰开发法规者优先
具备塑料模具开发经验者优先


任职资格
专业且熟练操作catia V5软件进行塑料产品设计
从事过汽车外饰设计者优先考虑
能够服从公司的出差计划，能够在压力下工作
国家正规院校本科以上学历，机械、材料、模具、汽车等相关专业
较好的英语水平
Job Description:

On-site product design services;
Be in line with the client's CAD methodology and quality requirement and respect leadtime and cost;
Be in line with the client's design standard; be responsible for design feasibility for process (molding, assembly..)
Have the capability of designing Interior and Exterior product ( BUMPER, grill)
Have the capability of drawing up BOM and technological regulation
Have the experience of plastic molding
Have the capability of CAE analysis and experience of designing verification
Have the capability of EWO assessment and 3D, 2D updating
The engineers who are Familiar with DFMEA are preferred
The engineers who know about automotive interior and exterior law are preferred
The engineers who have the experience of plastic molding developing are preferred

Qualifications:

Proficient in operating Catia V5 to design plastic products
Experience in automotive exterior structural design is highly preferred;
Willing to travelling for considerable time; Able to work under the pressure;
Diploma or bachelor degree in relative major, for example: Mechanics, Material, Mould ,Automotive and so on. 举报 分享
